Summary: This place is really cute and perfectly situated for us. It is not a 3 minute walk to the beach (as someone stated) but if you go to number 8 by the Sandcastle, there is a shower when you leave. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The location to the beach is great and the villa has nice updates. However, the kitchen floor was very spongy and could probably use a new subfloor, the door to the laundry room was coming off the hinges, and it was pretty dirty (VERY dusty and found dirty pans). Also, someone was working on the property throughout the week and we were never notified that this would be taking place.
